Furniture for Small Spaces
If you are like most people, you have at least one small bathroom in your home. Just because the bathroom is small does not mean that it has to feel small. If you are looking to sell your home, or just fix it up, remodeling your smaller bathroom is a great place to start.
There are many things you can do, while remodeling, to make your bathroom feel larger. The first step you should take is creating more light in the room. If it is an interior bathroom, adding a sky light is a good start. You do not even have to put in a full size sky light, as sky tubes are now available and much cheaper.
Getting rid of your pedestal sink is another step you should take. By replacing the sink with one that has storage space underneath, you acquire more room in your bathroom. Shelving units that stand above your toilet make the room seem smaller and more cluttered. By placing your products under the sink, you free up more room for pictures, or plants.
If you are looking for great ideas on remodeling your small bathroom, search the internet. There are a lot of great websites that can give you ideas for any room size and budget. I personally like bathroom fix.com. They have a lot of really great tips for remodeling, and can give you comparative prices on the items you need. Remodeling your small bathroom should not become a big headache.
