If you are bent on making the interior design of that small living space of yours stunning, it is advised that you should invest a large chunk of your time into planning in other to accomplish that feat. Considering the fact that you are not an interior designer, getting it right would be a near impossibility. Interior designing is a task and a field that some people have dedicated their entire life to. The task of knowing what color matches or goes with what is not easy to determine. However, like the saying goes when there is a will, there is a way. When the student is ready, a teacher will appear.
 
When designing the interior for a small space, keeping everything compact and choosing the right colors are two of the most important aspects that you should never compromise on. For a small space, a well-designed interior is one that has a uniform, but distinctive look from the kitchen to the living room and to the bedrooms. Getting it right also entails making good and budget choices in terms of curtains, paints and colors, lighting and fittings such as chandeliers and other household stuffs.

The need to minimize and cut down on the usage and consumption of space arises because you are been limited in terms of space. To regain and gain back some space, it is recommended that you should you should adopt very bright and cool colors in your interior designs. Try using bright lights and compact glass furniture that are neither thick nor bulky their light sensitive nature can give an appearance of spaciousness to your room

 After applying these minor changes and you still feel unsatisfied with the interior design of your living space, I would recommend that you should hire the services of a professional interior designer because the job of designing your small living space is not yours in the first place.
